Last week the PGA announced the names of the recent 13 graduates from their Certified Professional Program.

Currently there are another 80 people who have completed the program and obtained certification.

According to George Ancuta, who completed the program, “The PGA Certified Professional Program allows for easy access to a lot of functional information, and though the CPP takes some time to complete, you don’t have to be strapped in front of your computer, you can print out a course and study off-line. The PGA CPP is an excellent program which will help promote the PGA Professional to their employer,” he stated.

There are approximately 5 certifications that a person can receive, and only 15 of the 80 people to go through the Professional Program have received 2-3 certifications. The Certified Professional Program was started in 1994, and currently has an enrollment of 4,000 people.
