Hi! I’m hoping somebody can share a few ideas with me. I love to golf. Earlier this year, though, I had an accident and now I’m having a difficult time getting back in the groove. I know it’s early in the year (and the weather in Illinois fluctuates so much during April and May that it’s difficult to consistenly get a chance to get a round in). I’ve done strengthening exercises because my left arm was injured. I went out one time and everything was absolutely great! After that, my game simply fell apart. What can I do differently to get it back?
